How to use in Yoga and Kikou

As in Jyotish you use 9 stars, 12 constellations and 27 nakshatras(an orbit of the moon is divided in 27 seeing from the earth and each of them has a name.), there are 9 kinds of tea correspond to them. As tea for the moon fit for Cancer and Nakshatras, it would be better to have 9 kinds of tea. (We have a small set to be packed 9 kinds of tea.) We recommend that you make all of 9 kinds of tea in small cups first, and you try to feel which tea is the most delicious. It is interesting that you feel that the tea your body needs is delicious. As tea of Sencha-en is repeated the complicated process of blending many times and is made of dozens of various tea leaves, the second or third brew of tea has effect differently. Then the fourth brew of green tea and from the fourth to sixth brew of black tea is significant in blending.

How to drink

First, you make all of 9 kinds of tea (5 kinds in case of Annapurna) and same quantity of hot water tea down. And you try and find the first, second and third place in your taste. Then you drink them for 4 or 5 days. After that you try to drink 9 kinds of tea again. You are expected to change you favorite tea. But if your favorite teas don't change, please continue. Thus if you change your main tea regularly, the condition of your body will get better very soon. The period of 4 or 5 days are an example. But it is important that you try to drink all kinds of tea anyway and check which tea fit for you (which tea is your most favorite).

Caution

Honey is very good food in case of eating with lower temperature than the body heat. But when it becomes higher than body heat (over 37℃), it changes into very harmful matter (considering delicate and subtle field in Ayurveda). (It is also very harmful in case of having already been heated in factories, etc. when you bought it.) Once you have such honey, you can not even take away from your body by the technique of Ayurveda. And that becomes obstructive matter for life activity. Be careful about that.
